Our nutrition philosophy: 

Tired of dieting or confused about nutrition? Start focusing on what your own individual body needs! We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and instead focus on bio-individuality in our nutrition coaching. Our program tries to take into account all aspects of your life apart from nutrition and aims to teach you how to feed your body with optimal fuel to be able to live the life you want. One of our nutrition coaches guides you through out the whole process to energize your body and help it function optimally. 

3 month programme 

 

  • Initial free introductory 30-minute call

  • 12 weeks of integrative health coaching sessions

  • A  4-phase personal nutrition plan with the exact foods that are ideal for your body chemistry - foods list, shopping list, meal plan

  • Acupuncture and lymphatic drainage treatments 

  • Comprehensive blood testing (36 values) to generate your personalised nutrition plan

  • Exercise recommendations

  • Stress-reduction techniques 

  • App to track your progress

  • Weekly recipes and tips

  • New healthy habits, improved health, reduced inflammation, weight optimization, improved sleep and happy hormones

  • Additional services based on goals and personal needs
